In the first finishing step, the cotton fibers are combed several times, which aligns them in a parallel position and combs away the short fibers. This leaves only the longest, most robust fibers, making the fleece more supple.

This fleece is then processed through repeated stretching and twisting to create a more robust yet smoother yarn, from which the highest quality cotton textiles can be made.

These textiles are softer, extremely durable and feel incomparably pleasant on the skin.
